Suspended account can't post, comment or create subreddits, so there's no reason to use it, the account is practically garbage if you're talking about the permanent suspension.

1 man buy accounts from me , and he want only not suspended
i dont know why, maybe he use for adverties

Why would he want a suspended account? That's like wanting expired milk.
