There is no limit for creating the account with the same IP until you get warned by them. But according to me it is better to create 1 to 2 accounts per IP.
You can create many account as you want using same IP but every time clear your browser cookies.
Yes, there are lots of cases when it happens like this. Moreover such accounts can be banned for such behavior. If you do that they'll ghost your votes. You see the vote but others don't.

Some people use Reddit for promotion, I guess.. And having multiple accounts probably helps you to make your post more popular. But I don't think that 10 or 20 accounts will do much, you need to have at least 100. Anyway it's hard to do that all on your own. What is the reason for creating multiple accounts on Reddit? Aren't you afraid being banned?
Yeah, been on the set-up for quite some time. Check into smartproxy.io or luminati.io , since those have given me the best results. If you're using static IPs, ideally one per IP. But there's not really a hard limit. Spam filter is fairly lenient.
Rotating proxies work fine and are what I would recommend. TOR actually works great for posting and commenting and is free.
how to mass upvote? i'm tired of clicking log in and out every time just to upvote there has to be a faster wayI have literally never seen a ban from using rotating IPs and I have managed/run/created at least 10,000 Reddit accounts.
