Those posts refer to a single upvote/downvote. If you upvote/downvote a post and then refresh the page, you may see the previous number of upvotes. That's something Reddit added a long time ago.

It's not the same as sending 40 upvotes and refreshing after a few minutes, in which case the number will increase/decrease if the panel is working.

I did a little testing a few moments ago, votes are counted BUT they do not change the ranking (position) of the comment.

Although it is the most voted comment it still stays at bottom....

Upvotes stick but after 12, 24 or 36 hours they may a drop a %

no panl provide upvote for comments or post that are older than 3 day

people upvoting comments or post 2 weeks old to 3 years can stop dreaming lmao
