I create new Reddit accounts with Shark Reddit Account Creator (shares here on BHW) and I am using Reddit Voter bot (purchased on BHW) to upvote my posts - it used to work perfectly until recently.

For some reason my newly created accounts do not upvote anymore. I set 50 upvotes (from 50 accounts) to my post, but only 2 of them went through, instead of 50 as it was couple weeks ago.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? What should I do to get more upvotes from my accounts?

It means the Reddit algorithm has detected a footprint. It could be the accounts or the software.

Try to test changing accounts, proxy, bot, etc. Until you find what's leaving the footprint.

Best of luck.

I would try to make 5 new accounts by hand (annoying I know but it's a good way to test). Maybe them in incognito mode with proxy is fine. Then load them in the bot and try them out just with 5 accounts on a post nobody cares about on a small subreddit. Then if they work, I would try manually upvoting with an account made with the bot and see if they work. That's the best I can suggest, always try to do things by hand and see if they stick.

Thanks for reply!

I am using account that I literally just created
I am using instant proxies - data center, that I never used before
I am using new version of the bot on the brand new vps that I just got and this is literally my second run

:/

Thanks I will try that now
I tried upvoting on my one subreddit, e.g. nobody would take it down

You need to be patient and let accounts age a little before you upvote your own posts.

Think of it from Reddit's prespective if an account is just created and goes to upvote posts no one else has seen it's a dead giveaway that account is being used for upvotes/karma.

Do you let your accounts stay couple days before upvoting?

Yes. You need to let the accounts look as normal as possible.

If you continue trying to get upvotes this way eventually you'll end up getting your subreddit banned, so you need to be more patient and creative.

Also, if you use your subreddit for links or spam only make sure it's unlisted from r/all and r/popular as if a post in your subreddit ever reaches those it'll be reported by other members and mods.

Oh no, I don’t spam, I test it there before going ‘live’.

How long would you suggest accounts to stay?
Do you let your accounts do anything else to make them look real?

I ask because I use hundreds accounts, and it would be pretty hard to do that manually.

Keep it as random as possible. Any activity thall all the accounts do at once will be a dead giveaway.

Let them age anywhere from 5 to 30 days. For other activities it's not really necessary unless your proxies are low quality.

I don't think this is really correct. If everything else is high quality, account age shouldn't matter. New accounts register every second and are used to upvote posts immediately. I just tested with an account I created yesterday and the upvote stuck on a low quality post that nobody else has seen no problem. I can say exactly what you say: Think of it from reddit's perspective, if 50 accounts are created, and aged 10-30 days, and suddenly they all upvote the same article, seems like a bot to me.

How do you suggest to make upvotes work?
Make accounts manually?
Are you using same bot?

I don't think I am using same program as you. I do a lot of manual work on my accounts before using them to make them look for natural, just to be safe. So, I will post a few replies to posts manually on reddit. "Lol this is awesome!" Whatever any comment is fine, then upvote and downvote a few posts manually. I also make all of my accounts manually.

You don’t run hundred accounts, right?

Account age is number 1 factor in determining account likeability of generating spam or manipulating votes, and I say this as someone who studied anti-spam algorithms.

It might work on 1 or 2 accounts, however if a post is only getting upvotes from new accounts that's a dead giveaway its farming/botting.

Whether you need 100s of accounts or not will depend on your use. You can't tell somebody "you don't need that much" when you don't know their uses.

Correct. Having votes coming from accounts all with X age will be flagged quickly. Whether they are brand new or age diversity is key
