Reddit UpVote Bot code with Proxy support?

I'm looking for a bot that can auto upvote random stuff with Proxy support. I don't want to use the Reddit API for obvious reasons. Code can be in any language, I don't really care. Just want to be able to automate account activity.

You have already the accounts for it? How you would like the bot? Insert link and the bot takes all the accounts, rotates account per ip to upvote?

I'm decent at programming, but have no experience with proxy implementation. Looking for a bot that can load accounts from a CSV/txt file, associate them with a proxy, then log-in, and randomly vote on XX number of posts on the /r/popular. That would be a nice bare minimum. Ideally would be nice to schedule accounts to submit from a CSV/txt file as well.
