Reddit upvote boards?

so a set of questions:

1: is that topic even allowed on BHW? It's blackhat after all

2: is there a comment/post upvote board on reddit where you upvote to get "points" to exchange for upvotes later on? The way asaplikes.com used to run before they went to shit

3: if there isn't one, who's down to create one with me as a JV? Still a very vague idea in the air though, so nothing official as of now lol

most people use bots with proxies for upvotes. But I can see how this will be appealing to IM newbies lol. Kind of similar to the sub for sub YouTube platforms.
