Reddit Traffic

Hello, I created an adult niche website and I am looking to get some traffic. I read that Reddit is a great way to start so I have some questions. I have joined around 40 subreddits that are in my niche and I created a new account to post on them. My karma is 0 due to which I can not post too much but whenever I post I do not get any upvotes or downvotes.
What should I do to get more visibility on subreddits?
Should I focus on 3-4 subreddits and post on them regularly and interact with people so that the karma on those subreddit increase?

You should get yourself an aged reddit account, preferably with 100+ karma.

That would help you a lot as usually they are used by real and active users who later sell their accounts. So, they are created on good proxies, not ever marked for spam and reddit algo finds them very trustworthy.

On the users side, redditors related aged reddit account with karma trust and as they say, karma attracts karma
