This may not work in your niche, but I've found in some cases there are dead subreddits/old threads that still rank well in Google for searches. You can leave a comment on these that mentions your site/brand (But doesn't directly link) and usually it won't get flagged. Then upvote the comment with some bots so it's top response and you'll see some appreciable traction. It's not a large scale or repeatable tactic though. Once you've found all possible opportunities that's it.
