Reddit usually won’t remove a post just for being untrue, they’ll only act if it clearly breaks their rules, like harassment, personal info, or spam. If you ask for a takedown, you need to show how it violates one of those rules

I think you can report it, but if they see it’s not breaking Reddit rules, they’ll just disregard it.

Reddit ignores most of the reports unless the post is breaking their own ToS. I've seen some services in the past that offered removal of a reddit thread, maybe you can try that.
