I have created my first sub reddit today, it´s adult related, and was wondering on how to get followers to it as it´s the first time that I use this social network. Your ideas are appreciated. Thankks!

Hey

You may try using the crosspost option (Crossposting is when something is first posted in one subreddit, then posted to another).
It's one of the few ways to acquire traffic.

Think on Reddit as in Facebook groups. The more self-content you create on reddit, the better. If you post too much external content it will go against your growth at first.
