Lately, I've been seeing quite a few Reddit threads pop up in the general social chat section. Here is a list of threads created about Reddit recently within the last ~100 days:
Now, the rules are a bit extreme for the creation of new subreddits. That's not taking away anything from the staff. They do good work around here. However, rules were recently changed from 250 words to 175 words for an introductory post. As indicated here. Although, I believe that's still a bit high. Mainly, method threads and really intricate questions contain above 100 words.
Along with that, there's a subforum for Weibo located here. The activity for the Weibo subforum is a bit lackluster for having it's own subforum as of late and nearly half of the activity lately has been bumping threads from one member:

Only three threads have been created in that section in the last 2 1/2 months (2022). I believe we can replace the Weibo subforum with a Reddit subforum or at least create the Reddit subforum given it's popularity and marketing capabilities.
