Nope. You only have to worry if you are doing something where you are at risk of one of your accounts getting banned. Because what happens is when reddit bans an account, it bans the IP, and subsequently the other accounts on that IP. Looks like you're fine.

You'll only raise eye brows if you start promoting your site, links etc.
If you just use the app like every regular user you shouldn't have any problems.
This is actually not entirely what happens, my previous account on my PC has been banned, I still don't have issues with the account I operate right now. Only issue you'd have is promoting offers too soon or directly and in a manner that raises eye brows.

I'm in Europe too and I post with two accounts all over foreign subreddits. It's just that I don't promote anything in particular, just casually joining conversations, and sometimes I do some throwback post. Having the account on your iPhone is much better than adding it in any browser or marketing tool, also your home IP is more trustworthy than a proxy (some can be detected as proxies), considering another account was not used for spam on it.

If you're just using a single account no you don't need a new proxy
