Subreddits have different options, on some when you post you'll automatically get approved, on some not.
Mostly those big subs you need to be approved.

Same thing...
But yeah, you can also use for example Chrome and Mozilla to check your profile, username.
For example, log in via Chrome, copy/paste your profile to Mozilla and if it says that profile is banned, then that's it. Create a 2nd one.

The most foolproof way to check that you're shadowbanned on Reddit and not being filtered is by creating an original post, without adding any links to it, that carefully follows the rules of the subreddit. If it's immediately deleted, you're shadowbanned.

Are you sure those are same thing,
But some of my users showing deleted or banned. And some are showing ok, but when i post on a sub they got deleted automatically. is there any other problem?

As I told you before, it all depends from subreddit to subreddit.
Sometimes you gonna see your post, on old subreddit with free permission to posting even if you are banned, but the thing is, it's only you who see that, nobody else.
The easiest way is to check your username from Chrome to Mozilla or vice versa, literally 1 second of job.

Banned & shadowbanned are different things in reddit's eyes. I dont know why they make two different mechanism for banning users. Basically, the usual status is "banned/suspended", the one who trigger this is usually mod that ban you because you spam on his subreddit (happened to me on /r/jokes by automatically posting lol). Your account will be fine and you still can post on another subreddits, until you are banned for good by the admin.
While shadowbanned account treated differently. It is as if your account has never been created. Nobody can see your account except you. That's why, when you open incognito and see your account, shadowbanned account is like not found. While banned account is stated that the account is banned.
