REDDIT Rejected my Ads

That is because Reddit Ads alogorithms and / or a Reddit Ads human reviewer(s) noticed that your ad and / or landing page contains something that is prohibited to advertise. (Prohibited as per Reddit Ads policies).
To get approved, you will need to have an ad and a landing page which is compliant with Reddit Ads policies.
Another way is to run a cloaked campaign in Reddit Ads. However, particularly about Reddit Ads, there is more of human reviews, so incase you want to run a cloaked campaign (in Reddit Ads), then ensure that your ad's creative / ad copy are in a way that are compliant with Reddit Ads policies and ensure that the "safe" landing page is also compliant with Reddit Ads policies and enable the cloaker after the ad goes live.

Thanks. I just changed my ads copy and resubmitted, hopefully it gets approved this time

As I mentioned earlier, it is NOT just the ad copy / ad copies [or ad creative(s)] that matters. If there is anything in the landing page that violates any Reddit Ads policies, then do expect to get your ad(s) to (once again) rejected OR at the "best", the Reddit Ad account could get (permanently) suspended.

WTF ??? Are you directly linking the ad to the Fiverr domain as it's landing page ??? (I initially skipped reading the Fiverr part that you've mentioned in your main most of this thread).
Damn !!! (Sorry, I am pissed up as hell !!!). If you have the Fiverr domain directly as your ad's landing page, then changing ad copy will not help. You CANNOT and MUST NOT have the Fiverr domain directly as your ad's landing page, keep trying a million times, your ad will keep getting rejected.
Create your own landing page (perhaps buy a domain for it). Create a landing page that adds "value" and promote your Fiverr link in that landing page and use it as a landing page for your Reddit Ads' ad.
