Reddit posts not getting indexed

this might be the case then...
In some niches and for some keywords (especially very profitable and popular ones), I think google manually choose who ranks up top and almost never dump those pages from top 10-20.... So I can totally see how not even Reddit would be able to break the monopoly of greed for those keywords / niches

Usually a Reddit post indexes in 24 hours for me but there has been a few times where it took 72 hours.

it got indexed but It isn't really ranking

A reddit posts takes about a week or more to get indexed ranking posts is also an issue
