Reddit posting stopped working for me past week or so.

currently I am doing everything manually until I find a safe way to automate again. I think they might be hitting proxies and anti detect software right now.

even posting manually still getting ban easy if I post nsfw and onlyfans.

I was using asocks mobile proxy, it was working ok until recently. I tried residential proxies, all banned quickly now. I just tried without any proxy now, edge browser private mode - banned after first post, firefox private mode - banned after first post, google chrome private mode - working after first post. Different subreddits though.

EDIT: Chrome account banned after I posted a regular comment.

It might be related to proxies as I am getting specific security errors with different proxy platforms I use and different type of proxies.

Me too, all my account banned after post a few comments, maybe because of the account was bought from other? did you try make the accounts yourself?

You realise google recaptcha 3 doesn't only create score from you action on reddit, it create score from your action on other sites you've visited too, so let's say you login to reddit with a fresh browser, your recaptcha score would always be low.
 
I get tired of Reddit stress. For me, it has always been from one issue to the other. I just thing there is something wrong with the platform…no matter how hard I try, I am not able to get things done.

I dont have problem with ban but the comment stick rate is bad

Depends on the use case, we haven't done automation on phone farms yet but have considered something like that it in the past. I would suggest waiting until after the election and testing again.

Our fresh score on a brand new automated browser is 0.9 which is one the best scores you can have so that doesn't seem to be the issue. It's your immediate actions right after going to Reddit like page navigation, scrolling, keyboard use etc. that will decide wether or not you even get flagged for a recaptcha score check or not. You gotta remember that reacaptcha requests aren't free and Reddit will try to minimize calls to the recatpcha API to save money so they will only do that if their own bot detection gets triggered. I know it sounds a bit confusing but does anyone get what I'm trying to say here?

You're not alone—many users experience this, especially with Reddit’s stricter spam and bot-detection algorithms recently. Reddit has become more vigilant in identifying patterns, even subtle ones, and could be flagging various factors as potential spam.

Diversify Browsers and Devices
Reduce Links in Initial Posts
Account Age Matters
 
Reddit sucks nowadays. Its so easy to get shadowbanned. Used to be better years ago..
 
Just work on your CQS before you start posting big things on reddit
 
Sharing my experience.

I manage a bot farm with about 900 accounts that go 'live' on reddit two to three times a day. They used to comment automatically each time they are online, but I have now tweaked my code so that the accounts will only make a comment 20% of the time. I did this after I realised my accounts were getting banned at a much higher rate (4 to 5 times increase) than the usual. I am not sure if this helps. I definitely see lesser accounts banned per day, but I would estimate it to be roughly 1/5. This would be consistent with my accounts making comments only 20% of the time now.

What I found interesting are comments I made using browsers that I use on a day to day basis. I use 2 to 3 browsers regularly, and these are all connected to VPNs at all times - no chance of it going through a residential IP.

I logged into a fresh account on one of these browsers, and was able to immediately make a comment without getting banned.

IDK about you, but I think Reddit is now giving a lot more weight to RecaptchaV3 scores when one takes an "action" that is linked to creating content - creating posts or making content. (Being able to get a score from Reddit when an 'action' is taken is one of the features of recatpcha v3).

Seems like Reddit increased the score threshold for Recaptcha v3 - not sure if this will go down after the elections.

Also, it may not be enough to simply have activity on one site (reddit). I was browsing different sites that had recaptchav3 enabled and noticed that the recaptcha cookies loaded had the same value (should be quite expected, but its the first time I verified for myself).

I guess its part of the game now to figure out how to increase recaptcha score generally for each browser profile.

What's mean about 'make a comment 20% of the time', can you explain more?
each account you login in two to three times day?

I use data centre proxies - a different one for each account.
Yes, anti-detect. Each account retains its cookies and fingerprint (perfect canvas noise). But since this is a bot, the anti detect browsers like gologin ixbrowser dolphin etc wouldn't work - these are designed for use by human.
Each time one account is on (after surfing and upvoting and interacting randomly), it will generate random number 1 to 5. If number is 1, it will proceed to 2nd part of script which is to comment.
Yeap. each account 2 to 3 times. 80 threads run concurrently so 80 accounts are live at any point.

hope this clarifies - i'm replying given your status as an elite member.

Not here to share specifics of how we do this - but to discuss our observations on reddit bans since mid october.

Pretty much same on my end too, ban rates significantly increased when doing comments. I assume this is due to elections and to prevent new accounts mass spamming political posts.
And yeah they definitely increased their v3 lower score requirement for "human" activity.
Also noticed same when entering from websites that have recaptcha v3, I noticed better results even if I go from google search to reddit instead of directly going to reddit.

Hopefully they will relax their anti bot system a bit after the elections.

Perhaps - we've decided to just stop our accounts from commenting and letting them browse in the meantime.

Thanks for the tip on entering from Google Search - it does substantiate our hypothesis that we have yet to test. After all, Google Search does have recaptchav3 on it and I suspect having more than just 1 site associated with the recaptcha cookie number makes it more human like.

If things don't improve after the election, we will probably have our accounts (browser profiles) spend some time on other sites with recaptchav3 to accmulate some activities there before heading to reddit.

What do you think though?
