As the above members suggested maybe you didn't find yet some which are allowing crossposting.
However, if your posting account lacks sufficient age and post/comment karma, this might be another reason for your posts being instantly removed.
Subreddit mods can set up filters to allow a minimum of those amounts required for a post to go through.

dunnow if "the best" but one of the more easy ways to get a bit of karma is to post in freekarma related subs, especially for the first traction it works pretty well.... after go to awww or other animal related subs and post cute dog pictures or something
