Reddit NSFW profile!

Hey i have a reddit account and on that account i got label of NSFW. How i can remove that any suggestions.

Actually once i have commented on some subreddit that were 18+ in starting of my account creation, but later i have deleted all the content and posts from my profile but still the NSFW label.

Any suggestions will be useful!!
