It depends on what he is saying and whether it's true or not. If he is making up stuff about your business, you can presumably report him to reddit. But generally speaking, people are able to give bad opinions about you.
Do the same to him.

If the post violates Reddit's guidelines, report it. Next, work on your own SEO to push positive content higher. Publish quality content on authoritative sites and use social media to boost positive brand mentions. If needed, consult a reputation management service. They're pros at this.

Contact a good reputation management company. They will get good posts about your company (after posting them) ranked on Google. So negative post will get hidden.
