Basically you need to change things until it works out.
There are a few 'variables':
Accounts and how they're created and warmed up;
Proxies;
Device / privacy or antidetect browsers;
How you are approaching posting and promoting on Reddit. (subreddits, messages, links, etc).
That's some work but the only way to figure out the issue.

same me, I have the same problem with my hotmail accounts
The problem is mostly the ip, I have created many accounts with outlook emails but they get banned bc of the ips.

if you didn't use this 4G connection to manage another reddit account, it should work fine
