Yes, AutoModerator comes with Reddit and covers all the uses cases you mentioned. To edit your AutoModerator config, click Mod Tools -> Automod.

As said by atlas, automod is your best bet. There are also several bot accounts that you can set on your subreddit for various purposes like detecting reposts etc.
