Reddit Messaging Limits

So I found that advertising my services on reddit brings in quite a good conversion rate. I mostly "spammed" 10 or so users per day but now I want to scale and message as much as I can so I was wondering if anyone knew what a safe rate per hour is so that I do not get banned, if I can get banned is also another question as I am not at all familiar with reddit.

spamming Reddit is a bad idea

I recommend you to use 'chat' option instead of 'message' option ,as it will be safer.

No limits if you don't send link, otherwise reddit bot systems will catch your link and ban you.

Also check san francisco times, I've spammed reddit with snapchat gfycat links pretty hard, and I noticed that they manually ban spammers. So, you can catch them when they are sleeping and spam pretty good for 8-10 hours

it's better to share single post a day
I lost most of my account just by checking the number of comments and, frankly, if you share high-quality posts, you do not need to share 10 or 20 posts per day

What do you mean "just by checking the number of comments" ? How can you lose acc by checking the number of comments?
