I manage a large number of accounts. Seems like reddit is banned quite a lot of them. Some have not been login for a while are still getting banned. Many accounts are very natural with very few promotions. Over 10k karma on some accounts. Some of these accounts are over 5 years old.

Recently reddit has been doing a massive ban. I am not sure if any one has any update on this and are facing the similar situaiton.

Even very trusted accounts with highest, high CQS are getting banned. Accounts that I run ads on. One account is even a premium account. It still got banned with little to no promotions on it. Seems like nothing is safe on Reddit.

Yeah there's massive ban waves during this whole month. Idk what they want to do with their platforms.

They are retroactively banning accounts that were "suspicious" before.
For example I had few 50-100k karma accounts which were being used for years for spam/adverts and were idle for whole last year and they got banned few weeks ago out of nowhere.
Even the year old blanks were sometimes banned in groups of 5-10 every few weeks.
So it is probably their way of cleaning the house.

Crazy thing is a few of my Paid ads accounts got banned also. I have paid them 1000s to run ads. They seem to don't care.

Yeah, you're definitely not alone. I've seen a lot of people reporting the same thing lately—Reddit seems to be on a banning spree. Even old, high-karma, low-promo accounts are getting hit. It's wild that even premium and ad accounts aren’t safe. Something’s definitely up on their end. Let’s hope more info comes out soon.

Reddit’s algo is out here snipin’, time to switch up tactics to keep it 100.

Ive had the same problem recently. Thats a shame but its how it is

You're not alone, Reddit's recent wave of bans has hit many, even aged, high karma, premium, and ad running accounts. It looks like CQS and account age aren't offering protection anymore. Reddit might be tightening down on multi account management, IP device patterns, or using automated detection tools. Some speculate it's linked to their push toward monetization and stricter platform control. At this point, even trusted accounts aren't safe, so extra caution is key.

That is crazy quite a few of accounts were over 10 years old with a lot of good karma history. Also all my accounts use a mobile proxy so I don't know how to would catch it unless they found a way to detect proxy. 95% of post are just nature human engagements. Very very few mention of brands or promotions. Some don't even have any links. So I am just wondering how they are detecting it.

How many accounts did you lose? It started for me on Monday. A few accounts got banned. Then another wave this morning. All accounts were banned around the same time. I still have another bunch that were not affected. Some how the system is doing some kind of purge.

My personal account got banned lol.

I tried to restore it but they never sent me an email it was a 2012 account with over 50k karma.

Tag me on any posts. Would love to get more details. Safe guarding my remaining accounts for now. They must have some kind of AI learning or trigger they are using.

AI slop.

Same here, we use anti-browser, real IP, and no promotions, but still got banned and no reason...

There are many ban waves now. Every month. And we have to live with it.

How many Reddit accounts are you managing right now? And were you running them all with proxies? If you're handling a big number, might be worth using an antidetect browser like Hidemyacc or Multilogin, or anything similar really. That way each account gets its own profile, which looks like a different device. At least Reddit won’t see them all coming from the same setup.
