Reddit Mass chat/message tool

Hi, I’m looking to pay someone to build a reddit mass DM/message tool. I have a username scraper, and I’d like to be able to insert the list of thousands of names to the mass DM/message tool to have messages be sent out on reddit.

I’m fine it it just does say 30-40 messages per hour to stay under the reddit API limits, I can go more into details as well. Please message me if you’re interested, the budget is $200-$500 depending on usability and the features of the tool.
