First you need to make sure the subreddit allows posting of links, especially if they allow those shorteners.
Second, try posting a random Youtube/Imgur link so you can check if your account can post links, and is not flagged by the Reddit native filter.
Third, post without a link, does your comment goes through?

My comment without a link doesnt get deleted, but i Will check the other options right now thanks!

Ok do i tried shorten link on multiple posts that aren't against those links and my comments still get deleted.

reddit won't let you attach links, it will be deleted or your account will be locked afterwards
