Hello! I am new to forums like this, and I need some help.

The issue is that my post is being hidden by filters, so I need to message the moderators to have it approved.

This problem occurs only on one subreddit.

Is there any way to fix this issue, or do I just need to wait for the filters to recognize that I'm not spamming?

Same issue, I think it has to do with reddit account trust scores

If it's only on one subreddit that you post on, it's not reddit's fault but your account's. Your account simply doesn't meet the requirements to post on the subreddit
what are the requirements? I have no clue and only the subreddit creators knows that. I think they will help you if they approve your posts

The problem that they don't, I ask owner of this subreddit to approve my posts so he does

There is a score your account doesn't meet yet, set by the subreddit mods within the mod tools.

As your account will get more authority your posts should show up in real time.

sounds like the subreddit is hiding a certain kind of
posts it likely views as a bot / spam

You'll probably need to be appointed as an approved poster to avoid any filters. But that requires mod action.

Another best thing to do is raise your trust level in the sub you're posting. Get more comments and upvotes to your posts by genuinely contributing.

You can set a quality score per Subreddit. You are getting caught in this. Maybe the owner of the sub doesn't even know it's set? It's really a warning that your account is lower quality than it could be.

The only correct answer here is the one above... Reddit implemented a system called Contributor Quality Score (CQS) a while back. You can check your account's CQS on r/WhatIsMyCQS.

Reddit moderators have access to a modtool provided by Reddit that allows them to set how strict they want the CQS filtering to be. Depending on how strict their filtering is set to your account may not be eligible to post unless manually approved by a moderator.

The best way to improve your CQS is to just comment as much as you can. Try to comment on different posts at least 4 or 5 times a day.
