it's just one of the many (good) links. It's worth getting, but it won't catapult you to #1 and keep you there if that's what you're asking...
 
Like the above member said. Getting a link from there, its good. But it wouldn't do much impact on your ranking.

And also, getting lots of links from there wouldn't do much either unless there's traffic coming in.
 
google values 1 link from 1 domain.
more than that is good for getting traffic or increasing DA

nop, if you can get dozen links from those really high authority sites, such as Forbes, BBC , you can rank No.1 in days!

It's a valuable part of your backlink profile. What you need is links from a variety of different sources that are trustworth & foundational as tier 1.

Backing those up are similarly trustworthy but not as good of metrics within the tier 2 & so on.
 
It's a good link to diversify your backlink portfolio. I would get it.
