Is there a service where you can buy reddit cross posts? For example it would be good if you create a post on your own subreddit then there is a service where you can pay to have it cross posted to 100,000 random subreddits? Most of them would get removed from moderators but some would stay and I would imagine you would get a lot of traffic?

100,000 subreddits? If reddit sees the same post cross post to so many subreddits it will flag it as spamming.
 
There is no point in randomly cross-posting your stuff on reddit. Try to find communities related to your niche.

This is not how the promotion should be. IF someone posts to xxx subs there will be a bunch of mods that will be common mods for some subs and when they are see same thing over and over they will shut the subs and assign something to the mod acc for that source sub. Each effort is wasted end of the day. :)

As others suggested - if someone can do targeted repost it will be far better and fruitful in most of the cases. :)

I have a bot that one day one post on some subreddits, just begin I am not sure the mods will delete my posts
