Reddit Contributor Quality Score - CQS

I know this is implemented since one year, but it seems to be more important day by day, I tried a lot in the last month to understand it (since reddit doesn't show any information about how is it counted), but i feel like i can't understand, always i'm missing something, anyone has any valid information that could help and make me and other people to understand how to increase it?

Put simple, from my observation, the more engaged you are on the platform and the more consistent, the higher the CQS gets.

If I use two accounts with similar age and karma but with one of them I stay more on the platform and engage more, even if I share the same amount of content between the two, the one with higher engagement/use gets a higher CQS.

not spamming, posting spam links, basically follow the rules, if a mood sees your post they can decide how to apply it, if you are doing everything you should not do in that subreddit you will have bad score if you follow the rules and post let's hope they add good points, how to know imposible unless a mod can tell you that.
