Reddit comments ranking question

I created some comments on Reddit and bought upvotes with the purpose of getting my comments to the top.
However, even though my comments have the most upvotes, they are still not positioned first, being surpassed by older comments that have fewer upvotes.
What could be the reason?

It's clear that upvotes are not the only ranking factor, but I had read that newer comments are also favored over older ones.
What could be the other ranking factors? The other comments in my case are 5-7 months old.

Probably some of the upvotes are actually not being counted by the ranking system.

Upvotes from poor source as usual :) panels have the worst upvotes because most of them use shitty accounts :(

Don't use panels that have upvotes and like for every single social media. These are slow and low quality. Always check for the platform that deal only with Reddit.

Definitely you need good accounts, good proxies, and devices.
It should be a farm of trusted reddit accounts that have enough age on the platform, enough comment and post karma, comment karma is more valuable.

Do you guys mean that even if the upvotes created by the panels are counted (lets say I paid for 30 upvotes and my comment received the 30 upvotes), not all are considered by Reddit's ranking system?

Some upvotes are not counted cause it may comes from new accounts or accounts that have been used just to upvote
