My Reddit comment is visible to me, but others can’t see it. I haven’t received any removal message either. Why?

if i'm not wrong, this is Reddit’s spam filter (not a full removal). Your comment is auto-hidden for everyone else, no notification sent. u can try delete the comment, wait 24 hours and repost a shorter version without any link or promo words. That lifts it for most people.

It’s possible that your comment is being shadow filtered. On Reddit this sometimes happens where you can still see your own comment, but other users can’t. It’s usually caused by spam filters, low karma, a new account, or certain links in the comment. Try opening the thread in an incognito/private window or log out of Reddit to check if the comment is actually visible.

You may be banned. Open Incognito mode, go to reddit.com/user/YOUR_USERNAME and check if you can see your profile.

I checked using that method, and it says my account is banned. But I can still log in without any issues, I haven’t received any email or notification from Reddit, and my comment is still visible to me. This was my very first comment, so I’m not sure why it would be blocked.

Well, you can't do anything to get it back.
Most of the time, they ban new accounts because it's a bought account (created with low quality), or because you logged in with a ip/device/browser that was already banned.

Yeah, weird bro, sometimes Reddit shows banned but you can still log in, probably some auto filter or glitch.

Most likely your comment got silently filtered or shadow-removed by Reddit’s automod or spam system, which is why you can still see it but others can’t. It usually happens with new accounts, links, or certain keywords, so sometimes the comment just sits there invisible unless a mod manually approves it.

you can verify this by copying the link to your comment and opening it in an incognito window if it's missing, you're shadowbanned
