This is the bot I saw advertised (I've never used it so no idea if it works):

Also, sending DM's would get all your accounts banned very quickly.

you can try smartproxy. They have multiple proxy and accounts feature.

If you're not planning on mass farming, Reddit should be better done by hand. Of course, each account assigned with a different proxy and user agent.

I am guessing most of the automation tools available are pretty mediocre, at least from my research.
Bumping this as I'm open to hearing opinions.

AS OP asked the - DMing is hard as it requires interaction with a special tool that reddit uses else a GUI based action can do that but most programs does have user scraper from threads i imagine

Reddit bots are not permitted because AI is used to detect them, and you will almost certainly be banned if you use them.
