I created 3 posts over 24 hours with each post containing a image of feet, one was soapy legs and feet in the shower from the knees down, marked the account as NSFW, each pic has the domain down in the corner in small text, the bio text was clean with a link to domain and the account got banned, read the rules but not a big reddit user so trying to understand what I did wrong

You tried to post three posts with brand new account ?
If so you cant do this on reddit, and if you bought the account you need to warm it up befor posting, even after you do all that you still need to go easy on posting three posts in short peroid are really risky,
 
Soapy feet and link = Reddit's AI thinking you're running an OnlyFans funnel
 
Is it a new account? are you only sharing these type of pics?
You should know that Reddit is a very restricted platform, and you should be aware with any action you take

If your account is relatively new, it's normal to get banned by having something in your bio and posting in NSFW subs. If it's not new but your participation is mostly the type of action you described and maybe your proxy isn't high quality either, getting banned is also common.

Bans can be a bit random, meaning, two people, in the same circumstances, can post the exact same thing and only one getting banned.
