Hi all. Either it seems to me or Reddit bans for posts using AI-generated text. Now I check the text with an AI detector and write almost all the posts myself. There are fewer bans

What do you think about this?

Yeah, Reddit’s getting stricter with AI-style writing. I’ve noticed more posts survive when you write casually and add real opinions.

I run AI text through Grammarly, add some casual flair, and post in small subs to avoid Reddit’s ban hammer

If you post is blatently AI then yes probably. You can tweak it a little bit to make it human and you should be fine

With or without ban, nobody wants to read AI fluff
Your answers will probably be downvoted and boycotted, there is no reason to use this kind of tool, it will result in reports and downvotes

I’ve seen this too. My Reddit posts using lots of AI-style text got banned fast, but when I rewrite them myself and add personal stories I survive longer. Might be the AI detector or moderation filters acting up, so just showing human side seems to help.

I have iOS automation to grow accounts and I do AI comments and I have no issue so far

yes, this happened to me also, after posting some new post, i saw they got flagged and removed, because of this. i guess we have to return to the old ways and just write what we think.

I started using the AI detector to check text and now it doesn’t ban me

I think u can ask AI to make it sound more like your tone/voice. I train the AI to write in my voice with alot of my blog posts. you cant tell its from me. but if you took it off wholesale and pasted it without any prompts or adjustment, chances are reddit can detect it. and its not just AI text, but also proxy, fingerprinting, behaviour etc

Reddit is cracking down on obvious AI-generated content, especially low-effort or spammy posts. Writing or editing posts yourself keeps them natural and reduces the risk of bans.

people hate AI posts, comments, its quite easy to detect if other users are very aware. they will mass report your account or downvote it and can get you banned.
