Nothing NSFW just using the sub normally like other users.

I'll try to grow a new account a bit first.

So general concensus is there is 0 way reddit could've caught me with my new phone, on 4G and new accounts made on that phone right?

Someone responded earlier and specified some facts about the anti spam filter in each community. If your account doesn't have enough age or karma it might trigger the anti spam algorithm. In your case I think that happened with your new account, also ussualy for ban evasion you d receive a ban and a message from admin with the reason of suspension, in your case you got shadowbanned so that could be an indicator you triggered anti spam algorithm with your new account.
 
Reddit is going crazy with the ban hammer lately. Let's go through what I've tried:

1. New account = banned (too easy).
2. New account + new browser = banned (too easy).
3. New account + new browser + VPN plugin = banned (IP leaks when the VPN plugin fails to connect).

Note that Reddit doesn't automatically ban your account simply because you evaded a ban. I have two business accounts and they're with the original compromised IP, but those don't get banned so long as I don't try to join a sub that I've been banned in. I used one of my business accounts to try and join a sub that I was banned from and I immediately got a Reddit-wide ban.

So it seems that the Reddit-wide ban is only issued when you try to join a sub that you've been previously banned from.

And given that Reddit is such a silly place to get banned from, I decided to make it my mission to find a solution so I went with the nuclear option:

1. Setup a Ubuntu virtual machine.
2. Setup VPN (I used the free OpenVPN servers).
3. Setup a https://github.com/nologs-vpn/killswitch/blob/main/linux-killswitch.sh that blocks all traffic when the VPN is not up.
4. Create a brand new Reddit account.

The VPN kill switch ensures that the firewall only allows outgoing traffic when the VPN is running, which guarantees that your original IP won't be leaked. I'll keep you guys posted on how it goes.
 
Just combine Dolphyn Anty + Static Residential and you won't get banned ever again.
 
I guess the nuclear option didn't work either. They banned the account in about 24 hours. I'll try with Static Residential.

Update: I was finally able to create an account with the above steps.

Here are some "tweaks" to the above approach:

1. I've used a US-based VPN.
2. Now using a Google login instead of a random e-mail.

I've had no problem for now.
