I want to buy new domain and then 301 redirect my money site, reddit allows it? thanks very much

No, Reddit doesn't allow it as it would be considered spam / link manipulation. While it might give you some traffic short-term, most likely your account would be suspended and link itself flagged.

What redirect do you recommend on reddit? location.href? thanks very much.
 
You can purchase a new domain and 301 redirect it to your main site. However, be sure to follow Reddit's guidelines to avoid any issues with their policies. Thanks!
