Reddit Account Warm-Up (How I Do It)

This is just based on my experience. Reddit has changed a lot, so rushing usually ends badly.

Day 1- 4: Don’t rush
After creating the account, I mostly just browse.
  • Scroll the feed
  • Open posts
  • Read comments
  • Join a few subs I actually like
I don’t post or comment right away. Let the account sit and look normal.

Days 5 - 7: Light comments only
I start with comments, very slowly.
  • 1 - 2 comments a day
  • Reply to existing comments
  • Keep it short and natural
Nothing smart, nothing promotional. Just normal replies like a regular user.

Week 2: Slightly more active
If nothing weird happens:
  • 3 - 4 comments a day
  • Mix different subs (same niche though)
  • Sometimes helpful, sometimes casual
Still no links, no brand mentions, no pushing anything.

Week 3: Try a post
Only after the account feels stable.
  • Text posts only
  • Ask a question or share an experience
  • One post every few days, not daily
If the post stays visible, that’s a good sign.

Things I avoid

These usually get accounts flagged fast:
  • Doing too much too soon
  • Copy-paste comments
  • Posting links early
  • Sudden karma jumps
  • Acting like a marketer
Reddit really hates patterns.

About iPhone, proxy, automation
  • iPhone helps a bit, but it’s not bulletproof
  • Proxy alone won’t save bad behavior
  • Automation works short term, then burns accounts
How you act matters more than what setup you use.

I think you are getting lucky because 10-15 comments on 2nd day of a fresh account is hard to believe
Or are you buying the old accounts ?

Great guide man. I agree that automation works short term and after a couple of days or weeks your accounts get banned. I would like to add that warming up accounts on reddit is a mandane manual work. If you do it differently the chance to get banned can reach even 90% in likelihood.
 
Agree with this process these days. It's definitely the case of slow and steady. Having said that, I do miss the old days where you could start blasting pretty much right away and drop an affiliate link in.

The way I treat Reddit now is like a long term money site; don't treat it like shit and actually nurture the account.

Even with branded accounts that I have, I still take it slow to build up a follower list

been running aged accounts for years now and this guide nails it. residential proxies help but honestly behavior is what makes or breaks your account - ive seen expensive proxy setups die in days from rushing, and cheap accounts last 6+ months with proper warmup. the key really is treating it like a real person would
