There is no shortcut for karma that actually lasts. What worked for me was commenting early on active subreddits, giving helpful replies, and staying consistent. Even small, useful comments add up over time. Rushing usually does more harm than good.

Short videos are the key. If you have a video that gains a lot of attention in a sub with a large number of members, your karma will skyrocket.

also tried to gain high karma in a short time but failed and shadhowbanned always,Now growing very slowly and sharing quality posts/ comments.. it's increasing slowly. yea, slow and steady wins the race. Because if reddit can appear that you're trying to gain karma rapidly they'll ban you in a while. Very complex

Find subs with overzealous fans. It can be politics, sports, TV series, anything. I find it rather easy to farm karma on these subs, you just need to feed them what they like.

First post about pets cute cat, dog,rabbit’s photos and post in relevant sub Reddit. second post in ask reddit if your post blew up you will get alot of karma from there dont forgot to reply comment for that sweet sweet comment karma.

Find a niche you are interested. Get into a small subreddit of that niche. Start commenting and posting new updates there.
