Reddit Account Disabled - Reason Unknown

Today when I was surfing on my pc I saw I was logged out of my Reddit account, it was weird. Tried to log-in but it said wrong password. Firstly I thought my account was stolen, changed the password immediately and at the same time I checked if there's any e-mail from reddit about log-in or bans and there were 0 mails from reddit. Changed the password but still can't login. Looked at my profile by typing to browser URL and I see "This account has been suspended". Currently I don't know the exact reason, sent ticket to support.
- I made a joke about my age being 12.
I got banned 1 day after the post.
I wonder which one is the real cause of the ban, maybe both? Do you think is there any chance I can get my account back?

It's the upvote bot. You had an aged account but didn't have much karma or activity in general and now all of the sudden you order 150 botted upvotes on a post. It's a clear invitation to shadow ban. You can appeal but they won't revert it.

That's a double whammy against reddit's ToS.
Both or at least one could be the reason for your ban. Reddit doesn't appreciate upvote manipulation and they don't allow users below 13 years of age.

I doubt you're getting your account back and don't create a new account using same device and IP.
 
It was likely the upvote bot - Reddit takes that seriously. The age Joke might've added to it. Since you sent a support ticket, just wait and hope. be honest with them.
 
Can say from my real experience, not just a guess, that if you do bot upvotes on the account post, then not only bots who did upvotes can be suspended, but also the account with upvoted post
 
You can also message Reddit admins via their contact form and include a screenshot of your suspension notice. Politely ask which rule you broke and promise to follow the guidelines. Sometimes they’ll clarify and even lift the ban once you’ve shown you understand the rules.
 
Reddit takes age-related jokes and unnatural engagement seriously. Why not use fingerprint browser to protect future accounts
 
Votes have nothing to do with it. For example create a new account and post in a big subreddit, and even if your post reaches 1k-10k upvotes without buying any, you’ll still get banned. The main reason is your CQS is low and your account has low activity. Warm it up properly and build it up before diving in

I sent a support ticket through the support.reddithelp platform and waiting for a response. How long it would take?

I was using the account for 1 year, actually that was my personal account, posting and commenting around 1 year, had around 350 karma organically. I became greedy at my last post and wanted to try out some upvote bots. I had 100 organic upvotes in the post before sending the bots in.
The weird situation is, I see screenshot from people that they can login to account and see a notification about the vote manipulation ban. But in my situation I can't even login to my account and check why I'm banned.
Do you guys think I would get unbanned somehow?

Yeah dude, sounds like a solid plan.
 
Pretty sure the combo of age joke and vote manipulation sealed your fate.

So this means; I can send upvote bots to anyone I want and get them insta perma banned. If it works like this then Reddit doesn't make sense any at all. This is a ban hammer which everyone can use now :anyway:

maybe you can check in console and see in code some reason there.
