**REDACT prior statement (Mail 100 million a day)

In a prior statement i made a comment about the legal amount of unsolicited email a year being "30,000".

I must recant. I just took on a new client who wants to target large law firms. So i figured it would be a good first step to brush up on my Can Spam Act knowledge. So i read it again and i must say there is NOTHING in the can spam act limiting how much email you can send out(I read it the day it came out and a few times a year after and considered my self very familiar with it, after reviewing, either they made some updates or my memory is wrong).

Harvesting or "Dictionary attacking" tho is a federal crime.

So if anyone read my prior post and took a note of 30,000 email being the yearly limit. Please disregard.
So long as you follow all the Can Spam Act guide lines, truly mail fully compliant, You can send out 100 million a day!!!

As long as you're not sending out spam, and provide an unsubscribe link, you're fine.

Spam defined is "un-solicited Email" According to the Can Spam act, As long as you are compliant you can SPAM (the act of sending spam) All you want. w/e you want.
