Red Project AI coding

I've been balls deep in AI agent coding for the last 3 years and I've got to say it absolutely fits with my autism like it was the thing I was born to do lol
But I want to do some red projects - sort of stuff that AI says "Sorry I'm unable to help with this" kind of thing.
I have a decent AI rig at home now couple of 5060 ti's 32gb of vram combined - downloaded a good code specialist obliterated LLM - but its still struggling with in code agent - the agent simply is not performing like a coding agent anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?

Comes down to planning and software architecture use different models then a review phase before coding. You are supposed to man each step. For saas with payment and credit system it's an hours job after you do it right the first time.
