Hi Guys, I am taking on a few new clients and I am charging them for hosting. I was wondering which shopping cart/service would be good to use so that I could eventually sell the hosting business down the road on flippa. I know that I can't easily transfer PayPal subscriptions. Let me know your experience...

WHMCS definetly! It isn't free, like 15 bucks a month (comes included if you just get a reseller hosing account with any site thought!). WHMCS is fully automated any is for exactly what you want, you will be surprised what it can do. Go onto their site and check out their demo!

Thanks but I think the setup for that is pretty intense. I think I will need to hire someone to set it up.

Pick up a reseller account with Hostgator, you'll get free WHMCS with it and tons of tutorials to set it all up. If you don't want to do it yourself, I'm pretty sure WHMCS offer an install and configuration package.

Transferring Paypal subscriptions is a nightmare, so I'd recommend going with something like 2checkout. It's quite expensive fee wise, but easy to get an account and you can transfer it when/if you come to sell the business.
