Recurring 3 day following block

Did anyone of you ever have this? Automating a lot of accounts for a long period of time now, and 4 days ago i got a 3 day following block on a quite new account.
3 days later I tried to follow someone and instantly got another 3 day ban on the first follow.
Anyone that knows a way to get this sorted out?

IG is banning you from following way more than just those 24hrs, there are bans leading up to 5-7 days. Depending on when you got banned, let it cool down for maybe 24hrs+ and then start slowly.

you must be triggering some sort of strange behavior for them to ban you straight away, review your settings. maybe your bot was always trying to follow even when u got banned, idk.

Instagram is tightening up, you need to adjust your bot and slow it down or do other things besides follow. Without all of the information on exactly what you have it programmed to do, its hard to say.

I got a 3 days following block last week, now I can follow a few people, like 5-10 and then it's blocked again. I guess things are changing over there at instagram. I'll stay low for a few days for sure.

try taking a week completely off, that might help imo.

got the same shit. I have 1.5 years old account and I do follow/unfollow manualy.
