Recruting web designer/installer

Hello,

I'm looking to hire a web designer that can install and customize wordpress themes. Before I looked to other sites, I figured I'd recruit from my new favorite forum.

I'd like to outline a few bullet points before I go into more detail:

• If you are a new member and/or have little or no activity, I'm probably not going to be interested in working with you.
• Outsourcing this job is probably not appropriate. If it gets screwed up, I'm holding you responsible.
• I could do the work, I just don't have time.
• This is a long term position.
• This work should be quick... I know how long it takes when you get familiar with a theme.
• Logo/header design is a plus!

Realistically, the person I'm looking for should be able to produce 10-15 designs (once) AND implement them quickly. (repeatedly on different sites)

Pay is negotiable. To be honest, this job isn't that hard, I just don't have the time.
I would prefer to recruit someone in the USA only because of time zone differences, but this isn't a requirement.
Open and direct communication will be required, however.
