What's the best way to add a 'Live jobs' page to a simple recruitment WP website?

And is there way to update the jobs without having to go into WP backend?

The guy that runs the recruitment company would add jobs that becomes available.

I'm just thinking WP backend might freak him out as a non-techy guy lol
