Best way to recruit your first real model (without marketplaces):

Instagram outreach (manual + automated DM funnel) – Target small creators (5k–50umbn followers). Personalized DM + clear offer works best.
IG/FB lead form ads – Run ads targeting women interested in modeling, content creation, or extra income. Send them to a simple application form.
Clear value proposition – Show proof of earnings, explain AI promotion strategy, and highlight that they don’t need to manage content daily.
Warm them first – Engage with their content before pitching (like, comment, story reply). Increases reply rate.

Outreach usually converts better at the beginning. Ads help scale.
