I'm currently doing AI OFM, had real models in the past and now I want to get back to them. The difference now is that I will promote them 100% with AI generated content. What you guys think it will be the best way to recruit the first model? I was thiking of doing both IG outreach and IG/FB ads to recruit it asap. I don't want to go with a marketplace because I tried it in the past and I was not happy with the results. Don't esitate to leave your thoughts are share the method you use to recruit models.

IG outreach + IG/FB ads is your best move if you want to recruit fast without relying on marketplaces. Keep the outreach simple and target creators who already post consistently. For ads, use a clean, professional offer to attract serious applicants. AI content helps with production, but recruitment works best when the offer is clear and legit.

Also need to test slower funnels like those we used for binary. Beautiful life blog with ads of work every 12-15 posts

so I need like 800-1k? from what I heard you can get like 5 calls with $100 and you than pick one. Btw if you misunderstood me, I’m trying to recruit just one at the moment.

The point is to first secure one and focus on her. Once I manage her to work and automate some tasks I hire more.

only recruit a creator where you are sure you can scale her, and then continue recruitment for a second one, once you reached a decent number

I would first see if there is any real potential in your method before pulling in more people. Maybe get a deal with another agency to market for them with your method, see how the conversion is and then decide. If you recruit a whole new model it will only add to your overhead before you know if your marketing funnel is even capable of any proper results.

In general creator management, the fastest ways to recruit the first creator are direct social outreach and paid lead ads. Personal, non-spammy messages with a clear value offer (what you handle, how they benefit, proof of results) usually work better than marketplaces. Referral systems and a simple landing page with testimonials also help build trust. Once you have one success story, recruiting becomes much easier.

You can also run IG/FB lead ads framed as “creator growth opportunity” and send to a simple landing page with screening. Referrals and strong credibility (case studies, clear terms) help build trust and attract better-quality models
