I'm trying to recover the Facebook page of one of my registered brands (officially registered in the E.U. - EUIPO) since December 2016, when it was unpublished due to this explanation: 'Your Page has been unpublished for causing people to like or engage with it unintentionally in a misleading way, such as merging unrelated Pages to create a Page that more people like. All Pages must comply with the Facebook Page Guidelines.'
To sum up my case, basically there was only one merge with another page with the same name at the beginning of the year 2016 - again, both pages had the same name, content and some of the fans had likes in both pages so people have never liked or engaged with it unintentionally in a misleading way. Why did I have 2 pages? It's simple: at that time, I wanted to have one with English content and another one with my language - nowadays, it's possible to have content in different languages within the same page. After that, I didn't merge the page with another pages. I asked Facebook Support Team to verify my situation carefully because there was not merging processes after they accepted that only merge and that is why I have never accepted their decision.
Their reply was always the same, they have never justified their decision with details because if there was a violation, they could show me. They have the data.
I have tried their forms and asked for help to Better Business Bureau but nothing happened. I have sent registered mails to their HQs in California and Dublin - and they haven't replied too. I only received the same automated answers by automated robots and I needed REAL people to fix my issues.
This month, the page that was unpublished disappeared from my profile so currently I only have the page that I created after the block. My goal was always to recover the other one but now I can't access it. I tried to contact Facebook again and I have seen that they 'improved' their customer service a little bit.
Today, surprisingly I received an e-mail:
I explained my situation with details again and they replied:
This is just purely ridiculous. The truth is that they have no arguments or proofs.. it's just sad...
