Recovering my bybit account

I had a bybit account. I used it for buying some shiba inu when there was craze for the coin. I wanted to check current value of what I had. But it does not let me login now. When I try recovery, it always says too many recovery codes even when I send just one code. I wrote a mail to support but they never wrote back.
