Recovering Gmail accounts

Does anyone know a way to recover gmail accounts that says device not recognized but i entered the correct password?
I had a recovery email obviously but after reconfirming it, google asked for a phone # to send a text or call to and after verifying that, it doesnt work, no matter what # i put in.
i have a few gmails linked to important things that are like this

Have you tried with forgot password and get link in your recovery email or phone to reset it?
